Returns and Refunds Policy
Please Note – the Returns Policy DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS (custom orders are indicated by a 2-3 week manufacture time).
If there is a warranty issue – See WARRANTY POLICY.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, please first contact us at DRjewellerydesign.com to confirm the return.
After you have received a reply via email, please return the non-custom item in original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase date for a credit or refund of the original purchase price. The Confirmation Email will have the authorisation as well as the secure address to send the package to.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in original condition.
We will not accept CODs.
Please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise you are sending back to us.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
For returns within Australia – items must be returned via Australia Post Insured Express Post to the correct value of the purchase price. (Australia Post is the only shipper that will reliably pay damages for merchandise lost or damaged in shipping).
We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
